Lead and coordinate Business Testing activities, including Integrated Testing Cycle (ITC), UAT CDR, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare activities.
Develop, maintain, and execute testing strategies, plans, templates, guidelines, and governance processes.
Coordinate testing activities across business functions, IT teams, functional pillars, and project workstreams.
Define testing scope, acceptance criteria, schedules, and resource requirements.
Manage end-to-end testing execution, including test preparation, test script coordination, progress tracking, defect management, and reporting.
Drive collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of testing milestones.
Monitor testing risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end integrated testing activities and user acceptance testing.
