Overview

PwC’s consulting practice seeks experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals to join our SAP Practice. The role focuses on delivering tangible business benefits through the design, configuration, and support of the Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding2.0). You will work in a progressive environment, solve complex business challenges, and help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend solutions that meet client needs.
• Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules.
• Develop functional specifications for required developments.
• Create, maintain, and execute test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and process gaps.
• Provide application support, conduct system testing, and train end‑users.
