Responsibilities
- Work and liaise with clients alongside IT development teams and business users at the consulting level.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, design projects, implement solutions, provide post‑implementation support, and oversee roll‑outs.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems within the scope of responsibility, requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Execute SAP integration projects involving HCM requirements and standard integration to the SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Implement SuccessFactors for Singapore clients.
- Maintain strong functional and/or technical expertise across all HCM/SF modules in a consulting environment across various industries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting environment.
