across multiple instances, ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies, local regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Variable Pay Solution Design
Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances.
Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows while accommodating regional and legal entity variations including documented region-specific plan variations (proration logic, payout calendars, plan suspension/redesign scenarios).
