Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the SuccessFactors Compensation module within SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution design reviews with HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize compensation planning, bonus programs, salary structures, and budgeting workflows.
- Integrate Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Variable Pay modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT phases.
