Summary Of The Position

We're looking for a technically strong People Analytics Consultant to own and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors reporting landscape, supporting 100,000 employees globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reporting (stories, canvas, tables with macros) within SAP SuccessFactors for SF suite – Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, LMS
• Build and optimize queries using People Analytics – create and manage calculated columns, filters, prompts, and metric definitions
• Build and optimize canvas and table reports, including the use of macros
