Responsibilities

• Experience in Configuring and Supporting SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management (ChaRM).
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting ChaRM functionality.
• Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).
• Experience in planning and execution of minor and major release cycles (Sustainment track and project track) in coordination with the release manager.
• Experience in testing and documentation related to recent enhancements with ChaRM-related functionality.
• Configuring EWA alerts.
• Presenting to and interacting with business process owners in the ChaRM setting.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in ChaRM and retrofit-related problems and handling support activities.
• Experience with other SOLMAN components: Test Management, Remote Supportability, and Solution Manager Work Centres.
