  Analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution processes

  Configure SAP SD module (pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, etc.)

  Implement order-to-cash (O2C) processes

  Work on sales order processing, delivery, and billing cycles
  


• 
  Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM (Material Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning)
  


• 
  Provide end-user training and support
  


• 
  Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
  


• 
  Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects)
  


• 
  Perform system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documentation

  Support data migration and system upgrades
