Position Summary:
The SAP SD Support Desk Consultant provides second-line support for SAP Sales and Distribution modules, ensuring fast incident resolution, system stability, and user enablement. This role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, delivering issue triage, troubleshooting, and minor configuration to support efficient order-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
Incident triage and resolution
Log, prioritize, and resolve SAP SD incidents (OTC, order management, billing, shipping, pricing) within agreed SLAs.
Reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and implement quick wins or workaround solutions.
User support and training
Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP SD functionality, fees, and best practices.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and quick reference guides.
