• Solution architecture experience. Understanding of the business and technical side of HR/Payroll systems Needs to be able to talk about the problems but also solve the problems and deliver work in addition to developing ideas.


• Configuration in ECP payroll. Employee Payroll Center


• Someone who is a doer, independent worker. Great communication


• S4 Hana is a must- They are migrating the full platform to S4 next year
