- Provide L2/L3
production support for SAP CRM in an SAP R/3
environment
- Analyze
and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within
SLA timelines
- Troubleshoot
issues related to:
- Sales,
Service, and Marketing processes

Partner and master data
- Transaction
processing and reporting

closely with end users to understand issues and deliver functional
