The Role

The SAP QM Lead role for the design, implementation, and support of SAP ECC & S4/H Quality Management solutions with a strong focus on integration into Laboratory Execution Systems (LES), including LabWare LIMS.

This role enables compliant, efficient, and fully integrated quality and laboratory processes across manufacturing and quality operations in regulated environments.

The role acts as the functional authority for SAP QM in S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, digital core principles, and regulatory expectations while delivering seamless end-to-end quality data flows between SAP and external lab systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) as Functional Consultant to ensure alignment with industry’s best practices and business requirements.

2. Leverage S/4HANA embedded QM capabilities and Fiori apps to optimize user experience and process efficiency.
