Job Responsibilities:


+ Coordinate project meetings involving all relevant stakeholders

+ Support IT Project Managers by updating project plans and task progress

+ Create meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables

+ Provide research information for management and support team, as needed

+ Manage and take responsibility for defined tasks and small projects

+ Manage project content (documents, drawings, schedules, etc)

+ Assist in development of project charters, including scope, objectives, risks, and feasibility studies

+ Assist IT Project Managers in developing detailed project plans for key initiatives
