Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PaPM production support and enhancement activities
Support profitability management, allocations, planning, and reconciliation processes
Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes
Reduce operational noise and recurring support issues
Work directly with finance and business stakeholders
Manage enhancement demand and support prioritization
Coordinate across SAP, CPI, BW, SAC, infrastructure, and third-party teams
Troubleshoot integration, data, and process-related issues
Improve operational governance and support maturity
Mentor junior consultants and offshore support resources
Participate in incident management, problem management, and release governance
