Position Overview
- Analyze warehouse and logistics process flows within the SAP EWM environment in close collaboration with relevant business departments.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the design and implementation of new technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment with company-specific templates as well as local, legal, and site-specific requirements.
- Actively support and accompany change management activities related to process and system improvements.
- Take responsibility for test management, including functional tests, load tests, and testing related to change requests and ongoing projects.
- Handle change requests from business departments via the ticketing system and develop suitable solution proposals.
