What will you be doing?
Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions including: triaging issues, resolving issues, escalating issues to the key resolver groups.Manage the incident and request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements.Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes.Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently support the resolution of the underlying issues.Monitor key technical aspects of the SAP solution, including integration across SAP ...
