Responsibilities

• Create UX and visual design specifications for SAP Business Data Cloud
• Work closely with developers and product experts to provide customers with fresh, friendly, and elegantly simple user experiences regardless of their function or role within the application
• Engage with end users, customers and the product management team to better understand the needs and workflows of the end users, and collaborate on concepts for new functionality
• Combine new design mock‑ups with existing product features in workflows or videos to show that there is a meaningful story behind each feature request
• Work with researchers to conduct usability testing
