The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP IS-U Billing application for the customer by providing resolution/Solution for their upcoming SAP S4 HANA Implementation and the delivery team in providing solution to the Production Issues
Ensures all client requirements and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope or cost should be recorded.
Knowledge of Gas Utility Market processes of the UK is an added advantage/ preferred.
Co-ordinate the work with the Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define the Objectives and development plan includes the develop documentation independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
