Role Overview

SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in UK or Swiss Payroll support, configuration, and end-to-end payroll processing.

Location: Pan India

Experience Required

• 5–8 years in SAP HCM
• Strong hands-on experience in UK or Swiss Payroll ( Mandatory )

Key Skills

• Payroll Schemas & PCRs (editing, debugging)
• SAP HCM Modules: PA, OM, Time Management
• UK Payroll compliance: RTI (FPS/EPS), Tax, NI, Pensions, SSP/SMP/SPP
• Year-end activities: P60, P11D
• SAP integrations (FI, SuccessFactors ECP, third-party systems)
• UAT, SIT, cutover support
• ABAP functional specs (fit-gap analysis)
