The SAP HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for end‑to‑end functional ownership of SAP HCM related changes from requirement analysis and solution design through configuration support, SIT execution, functional sign‑off, and coordination with downstream data warehouse teams (BODS, DWH, and Power BI). This role acts as the functional authority and single point of accountability on the HCM side for demands, ideas, incidents, and reporting enablement initiatives.

• Act as Functional SME for SAP HCM and related HCM data structures.
