Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environmentRollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and CompensationSolution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processesStrategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface /integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or on-premise applicationsProject Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects Your Experience and Qualifications:
