SAP HCM PY France

We are recruiting an SAP HCM PY France to reinforce our team in Madrid, working on‑site.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas (preferred).
• 5 years (minimum) of SAP HCM experience, with experience in French PY.
• Expert in French payroll: full scope including ALE posting and legal reports implementation (DNS and other legal reports).
• Experienced in application maintenance and familiar with SLA/KPI metrics.
• Experienced in project methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go‑live).
• Expert in Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
• Experience in Time Management or other HCM modules.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Availability to travel.
