• Candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Should have strong experience in Requirement Gathering, Solution designing, Fit Gap analysis, demonstrate Client workshop.
• Expertise knowledge in Creating and maintaining PCRs and schemas to cater to business and legal requirements in Time Management and Payroll.
• Should have good understanding and Configuration experience
• Should have Project Management experience.
• Should have Strong communication skills and have Client facing experience.
