Insight Global is looking for an SAP (Financial) Configuration Analyst to sit hybrid in either St. Louis, MO or Shelton, CT. This analyst will focus primarily on enhancements and project-based work, partnering closely with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into well-designed SAP FI/CO solutions. They will gather and validate requirements, assess process impacts, and design the appropriate SAP configuration—then implement it across areas like tax, payments, bank integrations, workflows, and financial master data. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business issues, recommending the right technical approach, configuring SAP components (such as tax procedures, payment programs, EBS formats, ranking order for multi‑currency payments, AUC processes, and more), and ensuring each solution fits within SAP system constraints.
