We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Support. The SAP FICO Support is responsible for handling level 1 SAP queries and user support, incident, change request, user authorization and project coordination of SAP related projects.
Responsibilities:
A. L1 Help Desk
- Answers user queries on SAP for SD, MM and FICO and assess how much time needed to resolve their concern
- Walkthrough users on how to use specific T-Codes
- Resolves issues raised by end users that includes but not limited to walkthrough, T-Code issues and third-party tools that interfaces SAP
- Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct system performance tuning, and recommend improvements.
- Escalates and coordinates for higher level of support.
- Analyze and process user access requests.
