Duties & Responsibilities:
Configuration of FICO organizational elements & processes, Design & Developments of Custom solutions/reports, Support for day-to-day operational activities, Interaction with team for FI-MM/FI-SD Integration developments and issues resolution, User training, Documentation of new process developments including Functional specifications & SOPs
Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on expertise of various FICO Organizational Elements & Process Configurations in S4H environment
