Serve as the primary contact for finance-related incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
Coordinate with other functional teams and non-ERP teams to resolve cross-module and cross-system issues.
Deliver workable functional solutions with a focus on FICO and integration with other modules.
Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge through continuous learning.
Define and manage scope, requirements, and prioritization for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
Support financial period-end closing activities.
Qualifications
