Position Overview
Responsibilities - End‑to‑end ownership of all Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll issues, fixes, and enhancements.
- Ensure efficient incident management, impact assessment, root‑cause analysis, solution design, and release planning.
- Approval coordination and sign‑off in line with the Client approval matrix.
- Ensuring EC changes do not introduce unintended payroll, downstream, or cross‑entity impacts.
- Primary ownership of Employee Central Reporting.
- Functional and governance oversight for Employee Central Payroll, including:
- Investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies, data mapping issues, and reconciliation variances.
- Support of payroll testing cycles, upgrades, patches, and statutory/compliance updates.
- Validation of the accuracy and reliability of payroll reports and statutory outputs.
