You daily execute second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers: issue solving, realizing changes, assisting functional consultant colleagues.
The product range to support for our customers implies SAP ECC suite, SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP add-on products developed by SOA People
You interact with SAP AG to tackle customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract in place.
For our SAP add-on products, you interact with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issue solutions or demands for future extensions.
You provide additional RTS services to our customers: occasional on-site meetings or workshops with customers, technical assistance during a planned go-live, participate in mini-projects to extend the functionality of an implementation.
