Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP S/HANA implementations focused on Customer Service (CS), SD, and related modules. Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects including: Spare parts and warranty management Dealer performance and service process excellence Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms Participate in RFPs, solution architecture, and business case development.
