• Prior experience of End-to-end configuration and customization in the area of: SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging
• Proficiency in SAP CC admin plus, Bulk loader, Guider, Rater, Taxer, Updater, and related commands to execute and run from command prompts
• Strong understanding of SAP Customer experience stack with CRM, CPQ, Commerce
• Strong knowledge in Overall SAP BRIM Solution stack, integrations with experience in SAP CX and BRIM integration architecture, and future roadmap
• Hands-on experience in Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services) and knowledge in SAP VC/AVC/ SSC based product configuration
