Position Overview
Job Description
We’re looking for an onsite Application Management Support (AMS) resource to run day-to-day support and small enhancements for a SAP BW/4HANA (Business Warehouse for HANA) landscape, coordinate with offshore delivery, and ensure business-critical reporting continuity—especially during month-end/quarter-end/year-end close.
Key responsibilities
Service management & delivery ownership
• Manage client stakeholders and the offshore team to maintain business continuity and stable operations.
• Own ServiceNow queue hygiene: monitor for unassigned Incidents (defects) and Service Requests / RITMs (Request Item) and drive assignment/triage.
• Prioritize and deliver Incidents and Changes/RITMs based on business criticality, SLAs, and release constraints.
• Lead readiness and hypercare planning for major milestones (month-end, quarter-end, year-end close), including staffing and proactive monitoring.
