SAP Business One – Functional Support Assistant

Our client is currently hiring for the position of SAP Business One – Functional Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support to SAP B1 users for daily operational issues

• Assist users in modules across all departments and sister companies

• Log, track, and resolve user issues through ticketing system

• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical team

• Support in data entry, validation, and data cleanup within SAP B1

• Prepare basic reports and support users in report extraction

• Provide end-user training and guidance on system usage

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides
