Position Overview

 We are seeking a Business Expert to support the Investment Accounting product on the AXA SAP platform. This role involves collaboration with local finance teams across multiple countries to ensure effective service delivery. Supporting our local finance teams across 10 European countries, Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the US, focusing on the AXA SAP platform which provides essential trades and asset servicing, investment accounting, and reporting services.
  Key Responsibilities 
 Local Support to Users:
 Provide assistance for user inquiries and ad hoc requests;
 Track ticket resolutions and communicate updates to users.
 Support UAT sessions and contribute to service management meetings.
 Administration of portfolio and ticketing tool:
 Assist users in raising incidents and small changes in Silva, ensuring quality and detail;
