Take ideas from the business and translate them into requirements/user stories for application developers.
Facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviews.
Ensure requirements captured are clear (i.e. written in business language), accurate and detailed enough to support downstream design, development activities efficiently and effectively – i.e. leave no opportunity for “interpretation” of the business requirement by others.
Analyse, document E-2-E business processes and flows “AS IS” vs. “TO BE”, and communicate impact of changes for implementation planning.
Update requirements document as required to keep them current.
Support IT processes to help ensure seamless transition from test production.
