Summary
Perform functions related to the research, analysis, review, and execution of changes across SAP functional modules, instances, tenants and supporting technologies including SAP ECC, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP CPI, SAP CPQ, SAP Subscription Billing, SAP SCI, and other modules implemented in FARO CREAFORM's SAP landscape.
Essential Functions
Support and maintain the multiple instances that comprise the FARO SAP landscape.Support FARO’s SAP instances and tenants’ configuration to maximize system performance and availability.Distribute the online resources workload and monitor and manage the SAP background jobs scheduling.Manage the printing subsystems for all SAP instances.Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.Monitor all SAP systems including work processes, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk spa...
