About the Role

We are seeking a professional with experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE‑FX) or PM, including transactions such as RE80, to help maintain critical property data and support smooth SAP operations. This is a 3‑month temporary assignment working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update property, asset, and lease data in SAP to ensure accuracy.
• Process lease changes, rent reviews, and billing updates within SAP.
• Support finance teams with correct billing details and lease‑related data.
• Assist with data audits and resolve any inconsistencies in SAP.
• Contribute to system improvements and general SAP support.
• Provide basic analysis on data gaps or risks to support reporting.
