Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP. Experience in SuccessFactors technical integrations using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData. Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other SF module . Hands-on experience with IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases . Experience with Payroll / Time / HR core integrations is an advantage. Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management.
