**Finishing Technician / Sandblaster**

**Job Description**

The Sandblast Operator sets up and operates sandblasting and bead blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish a variety of work surfaces. This role focuses on removing paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt to ensure high-quality surface preparation for industrial painting and finishing processes. The position requires hands-on work with blasting machinery as well as daily use of hand and power tools in an industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate sandblasting and bead blasting machines to clean and prepare metal and other work surfaces.
+ Remove paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt, and other contaminants from surfaces to prepare them for finishing or painting.
