Duties: Lead senior client coverage across Caribbean and Central America (CCA); drive capital markets funding; execute global markets solutions transactions and deliver markets leadership. Develop relationships and financial results in the English-speaking Caribbean with C suite teams at government, Financial Institutions, and corporate clients. Develop compliance-based relationships with regulators in Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica and other English Caribbean Countries including Central Banks, SECs, Stock Exchanges. Provide region specific market color to stakeholders around political cycles, IMF Programs, & rating agency considerations. Analyze financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify solutions and prepare plans of action for investment.
