Overview

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge, and basic part knowledge. The role must be able to source products from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including putting away trucks, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back stock
