- Theme and customize Salesforce components to align with brand standards (colors, typography, layout)
- Define and improve platform UX — navigation, information hierarchy, density, and interaction patterns (not journeys)
- Document all design decisions, configurations, and guidelines for handover continuity
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met throughout.
