We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong Telecom BSS expertise to architect, deliver, and support enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions for Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) and Postpaid Enterprise Mobility.
The role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce Communication Cloud (Vlocity/OmniStudio) and ownership of support operations, production stability, and application maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deliver, and support enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions for Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) and Postpaid Enterprise Mobility.
- Own support operations, production stability, and ongoing application maintenance with a focus on ITIL-aligned processes.
Required Skills
- 7–12+ years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio).
- Strong Telecom BSS domain knowledge—Fiber & Postpaid customer lifecycle, billing, usage, disputes, plan/add-on changes.
