Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Team Lead to independently lead Salesforce delivery initiatives across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud. The role covers delivery leadership, stakeholder management, integrations, and functional and technical solutioning.

Candidates should possess expertise in ONE of the following tracks:

• Track 1A & 1B: Sales Cloud + Marketing Cloud + Integration delivery
• Track 2: Service Cloud + Agentforce + Experience Cloud delivery

• Independently lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
