About the role
Join the Digital Customer Experience team of one of New Zealand's largest retail brands to deliver a group-wide CRM transformation. You will ensure platform scalability, maintain high‑uptime production environments, and integrate digital agent service experiences into a brand‑new e‑commerce platform.
Duties
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the CRM suite.
- Integrate digital agent service products into the core web and e‑commerce experience.
- Drive the evolution of high‑quality Salesforce Service Cloud platforms to empower customer teams.
- Support production environments, maintain system uptime, and onboard new rewards partners.
