Position Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support customer engagement and lifecycle initiatives integrated with CRM and enterprise data platforms.
This is an initial 6-month contract and may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage customer journeys
- Build automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop AMPscript and SSJS solutions
- Integrate APIs and enterprise systems
- Manage data modelling and customer segmentation
- Optimise campaign performance and reporting
- Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices
Required Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MarTech environments
- Experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms
