Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.

Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.

Deliver as an individual contributor, but also be able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.

Demonstrate Quote‑To‑Cash (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ, etc.) thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce platform best practices and ensure adherence across the implementation team.

Provide Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort.

Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.
