Data ingestion and transformation (Dataflows / Recipes / connectors) Datasets & data models (including relationships and incremental loads) Semantic layer (SAQL, bindings, metric definitions, templates) Dashboards & lenses with best-practice UX and performance optimization Exposure to AI/ML-based predictive dashboards within Salesforce. Design and develop CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets to deliver actionable insights. Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and bindings for complex business logic and KPIs. Translate business requirements into high-performing analytics visualizations aligned with UX and reporting standards. Integrate data from Salesforce objects and external sources (e.g., Snowflake, SQL DBs, S3, APIs) via connectors or middleware.
