Job Expectations:

• Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Budget: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000
• Work Setup & Location: Onsite/Hybrid - BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays
• Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Salesforce experience as a super user or administrator (or experience with other CRM tools)
• Experience in a call center or help desk environment, preferably as a manager or team lead
• Understanding and experience within a sales or sales operations team
• Customer satisfaction-oriented; investigative and empathetic approach to solving customer/user issues
• Excellent interpersonal with strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; other languages a plus
