- Review new Salesforce requests and help teams clarify what they need and what the priorities are
- Turn business needs into simple, clear user stories with defined requirements
- Support the preparation work for delivery, including testing, release planning, and understanding potential business impacts
- Keep documentation consistent by using standard templates and processes
- Work with different teams to make sure solutions are practical, easy to maintain, and follow platform guidelines
- Track progress and help improve quality by reducing rework and speeding up delivery cycles
- Guide and support a team of functional specialists to ensure strong performance and consistency
- Promote continuous improvement and help users adopt new changes effectively
